Hey guys just got setup over the weekend with a millermatic 135 running 75/25 gas mixture. Currently have .03 wire in the machine, have a bunch of .125 cold Either wire will run well in your machine. If you plan on doing mostly thin body panel type stuff I would go with the .023, if you don't do alot of the real Results of running my welder with a kinked inner liner. And the damage from the short it caused. But just needs a new gun.
